Players To Pick
Amad Diallo (Manchester United)
Amad Diallo (5.2m) has been a standout performer for Manchester United since the appointment of Ruben Anorim. Diallo has featured regularly under the new boss, earning two double digit hauls. One of these hauls were in his last game in the Manchester derby, where he scored and recorded an assist.
Lewis Hall (Newcastle United)
Lewis Hall (4.6m) notched his best points tally in his previous game against Leicester, providing two assists and earning a clean sheet. Hall has great potential at both ends of the pitch, and this potential could continue to be achieved against an Ipswich side that are yet to win at home this season.
Antonee Robinson (Fulham)
Antonee Robinson (4.8m) was another full back that provided two assists. The full back has an impressive six assists this season, providing FPL managers with excellent value for money in attacking returns. Robinson faces bottom of the table Southampton at home.
Gabriel (Arsenal)
Gabriel (6.2m) returned for the Gunners against Everton and got a clean sheet. There is no doubt that Arsenal are much stronger in defence when Gabriel is playing. The Brazilian has five clean sheets, three goals and an assist this season.
Differentials
Kevin Schade (Brentford)
While Bryan Mbeumo (7.6m) and Yoane Wissa (6.2m) are the popular Brentford picks for attacking returns, Kevin Schade (5.1m) is starting to produce great returns that seem to be going unnoticed with his 0.8% ownership. Schade has amassed 37 points in his last four games, with one of those coming off the bench where he still managed an assist.
Raúl Jiménez (Fulham)
Raúl Jiménez (5.5m) produced a clinical strike in his previous home game against Arsenal. Despite blanking in his last game, the Fulham striker encounters an encouraging home fixture against Southampton. Jiménez has an ownership of just above six percent.
Malo Gusto (Chelsea)
Malo Gusto (4.9m) regularly features at right back for Chelsea and despite his two percent ownership, Gusto has the most attacking potential of any Chelsea defender except the suspended Marc Cucurella (5.2m).
Anthony Gordon (Newcastle United)
If you want to double up with Alexander Isak (8.7m) or you want a cheaper Newcastle asset than the Swede, then Anthony Gordon (7.2m) could be a good differential for FPL managers. Gordon has managed a goal and two assists in his previous four games.
Captaincy Options
Mohamed Salah (13.4m) could benefit from Spurs’ vulnerability in defense, making him a popular candidate for captaincy. Salah’s consistency has stood out from the rest. He hasn’t blanked since Gameweek seven in the beginning of October.
Cole Palmer (11.2m), Bukayo Saka (10.6m) and Alexander Isak (8.7m) are all solid alternatives to Salah. All three play against teams in the bottom half of the table.
